To further develop the service offering and drive the growth of the business we are looking for a Senior Product Manager

Your role

We believe decentralized financial services will have a net positive impact on society. Our mission in Product Management is to enable more individuals and companies to participate in the crypto-financial ecosystem by offering secure and accessible products.

As Senior Product Manager, you are a senior leader in the Product Management team and will define Bitcoin Suisse’s product roadmap for one or several products at the forefront of financial innovation. This will include being the Business Owner of existing or new products. Our Business Owners have the overall responsibility to develop and manage their products from conception to launch and the subsequent product lifecycle. This role includes regular client contact to understand user needs and to support the Sales and Client Services teams. Additionally, your role may also include responsibility for parts of our product governance including product strategy and product portfolio management.

Together with a cross-functional team of Product, Operations and Technology specialists you are responsible to grow your products in line with Bitcoin Suisse’s mission to increase participation in the crypto-financial ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing

Owning your product from top to bottom including business development and building an ecosystem with partnerships

Ensuring the compliance, risk management and auditability of your products

Managing your product roadmap and aligning it with the company strategy and market and technology developments

Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and deploy, operate and sell the product

Defining and using metrics to guide the product lifecycle

Aligning the teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision

An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or computer science and/or equivalent experience in the financial industry

Desired to have 10 years’ working experience in financial services, product development or related consulting roles in Switzerland

Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized personality with entrepreneurial hands-on mentality and highest integrity

Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Bitcoin Suisse mission
