Researcher Web3 / Digital Assets / Blockchain

DCAP Ltd is a newly founded investment advisory house for digital assets. Our team consists of experts that are deeply embedded in Web3. Job Description

  • Take on responsibility for researching and tracking relevant blockchain and FinTech developments in areas such as DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, Metaverse, Crypto and the overall web3 space
  • Research and analyze relevant industry solutions, market trends, and key players in the space to drive and shape our investment advisory
  • Prepare and formulate recommendations and strategies to support our investment advisory with your research and insights
  • Requirements
  • Passion for technology with advanced knowledge of digital assets and blockchain infrastructures
  • Strong knowledge of current and emerging blockchain use-cases, e.g. DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, Metaverse, the web3 ecosystem, and others
  • Profound understanding of the Ethereum blockchain tech stack. Additional knowledge of other public blockchain architectures is a plus
  • Understanding of smart contracts, and critical blockchain standards such as ERC-20 and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Solidity, Vyper, Python, etc.)
  • Well-connected in the web3/blockchain ecosystem
  • Entrepreneurial and team spirit, a ‘Doer’ mentality, and intellectually curious
  • with excellent attention to detail
  • Fluent in English

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience with quantitative frameworks and/or index frameworks
  • Familiarity with languages and tools for data analysis (e.g. Python) and
  • experience with the analysis of blockchain data
  • Familiarity with databases/tools such as Nansen, Messari, and other blockchain- related tools
