Product Manager - Payments

We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the blockchain and finance economy. In scope of our growth plans we are looking for a Product Manager-Payments.
Job Description
As a payments product manager you will own and drive the roadmap for the banks payment products & services. You`ll put the customer at the core of everything you do and deliver a best in class digital user experience. You will use feedback and data as well as industry knowledge to drive initiatives forwards.
You will ensure that the payments products and services cater for the different customer segments the bank serves. Working within the banking products team you will play an important role in ensuring alignment with the wider product team as well championing the teams values across the bank.
In this function you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure product-market fit and the commercial viability of the bank's payment products & services relevant to several customer segments
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to create and maintain a highly competitive product offering
- Shape and own a data driven roadmap for the implementation of new payment products & services
- Conduct competitor and market analysis and research related to customer needs on a continuous basis
- Define the go-to-market strategy for new payment products & services
For you to become part of SEBA’s journey, we require the following set of experience:
- Product management experience within payments and ideally within a bank or FinTech company
- Ability to conceptualize a product vision including product-market fit to drive commercial outcomes accounting for desirability, feasibility and viability
- Familiar with lean product management and agile delivery
- Work experience with end-to-end implementation of a technical solution in the functional areas like SWIFT processing and open banking. Particularly:
- You have a very good understanding on various payment and reporting messages like ISO20022, ISO8583, SWIFT MT1XX, 2XX and 9XX
- You are can read RESTful API documentations and you are familiar with JSON schema
- Strong knowledge of the payment's ecosystem as well as emerging trends
- Analytical skills, good judgment, entrepreneurial mindset
- Business fluent in English
