We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to support the CEO of our rapidly growing DeFi Blockchain startup. The Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the CEO’s schedule runs smoothly, managing communication, and handling administrative tasks, as well as providing customer service.


  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information and correspondence with discretion
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and the DeFi space is a plus
  • Experience in an administrative support role is a plus
  • Customer service experience is preferred
